GETTING STARTED


What is Yoganama TV?
Yoganama TV is a collection of carefully curated Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation videos. You can either take a 1 month, 3 month, or Yearly subscription and access all videos on the channel at your convenience. 


What subscription plans are available?

Currently, three subscriptions are available:

1 Month Plan – Unlimited access to all videos for INR 999, for 1 month

3 Month Plan - Unlimited access to all videos for INR 2499 for 3 months

12 Month Plan - Unlimited access to all videos for INR 7999 for 1 Year

You will automatically be renewed at the end of the plan period unless you cancel. 


Is there a Trial period?

Each of the above plans has a 3-day free trial period. If you cancel within that time there’ll be no charges.


ABOUT THE NATURE OF PRACTICE


Can beginners do this program?
Yes! Each video has a level of practice assigned to it and there are a lot of videos for complete beginners. You can start with these and then progress from there as per individual comfort. I also recommend the collection ‘Yoganama Hatha Foundations’ for beginners. In addition, there are also a lot of pranayama, meditation, and foundation videos that can be used by everyone.

While yoga is a rejuvenating practice it is important to ensure that you're never in pain or discomfort during practice. In case of pain please stop and review your practice and posture or consult your doctor.


Do I need any equipment?
I would recommend two blocks, one yoga belt, and easy access to a wall during practice. These props really help you connect with the body and understand the right alignment.


What is the best way to use Yoganama TV?
The beauty of yoganama TV is that you can tailor it to your needs and purposes, it's totally flexible and customizable. However, please refer to my section on Getting Started, it'll help you use Yoganama TV to its full potential.

 

Will practicing your Yoga sessions help me cure any pre-existing health conditions?
While Yoga is a mind and body exercise and it is our utmost endeavor to be able to make your Yoga experience as enduring as we can. Regular practise of yoga not only helps you get a stronger body, but is also seen to have cured or controlled several diseases. However, the effects of Yoga may vary from person to person depending upon various factors including but not limited to age, lifestyle, physical fitness etc. hence we do not claim or provide guarantee of curing any pre-existing health ailments that you may have or will necessarily meet your expectations.


I am pregnant, can I do these classes?
Currently we do not have a prenatal Yoga selection but we will be adding one soon! In the meanwhile, you can do all of our meditation classes. You can also do any pranayama classes that do not require a prone position or have dynamic breathing kriyas like Kapalabhati and Bhastrika. In case of doubt, please do consult your doctor before starting any practice. 


BILLING AND ACCOUNT QUESTIONS


How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.


How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.


How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.


How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page.  Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.


My credit card is being declined.  Why is that?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.


PLAYBACK QUESTIONS


My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.


Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?
Yes!  Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site. 

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.


Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.


Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!


Which browsers are supported?
While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years.  You may experience playback issues when using an out-of-date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.


Can I share my account with others?
Each account is intended for only one user, and as per our terms and conditions, you cannot share your credentials with others. We also reconcile IP addresses to ensure there’s no sharing of passwords and if an anomaly is detected, the account could be banned from yoganama TV permanently. More importantly, we have priced the programs extremely reasonably so that friends can get their individual accounts. We request that you honor this intention.
