Making the most of Yoganama TV


Yoganama TV is your personal studio–a haven for you to immerse yourself into yoga, from the comfort of your home. It is my pleasure and a privilege to partner with you on this beautiful journey. My focus is to make sure that your foundations are rock solid, and you will see this intent in every video on this platform. And I firmly believe that your practice must be wholesome – which means that you must make time for pranayama or meditation along with your asana practice. Therefore you will find a carefully curated and well-balanced selection of classes here. By giving Yoganama TV a little bit of your time and consistency, you can rest assured that your practice will do wonders for your physical and mental health in the long run.

Categories – The starting point of your Yoganama journey


Our videos are seamlessly organised under nine categories to help you get started on the Yoganama TV journey:


Hatha Yoga – Moderately paced classes with a greater focus on holding postures

Vinyasa Yoga – Dynamic faster-paced classes where we repeat postures often, with a lot of transitions 

Restorative Yoga – Cooling and soothing classes that focus on long relaxing stretches and deep breathing


Yoganama has a strong focus on other aspects of yoga.


Pranayama – A range of breathing exercises to strengthen your respiratory system, lung capacity and enhance mental health.

Meditation – A variety of guided meditations and a comprehensive foundations program to start your mindfulness journey.

Stress Management – Various classes across different styles and formats to calm down the nervous system and help you unwind after a hectic day at work or an overwhelming phase in life.

Filters – An easy way to narrow down to exactly what you want


Filters are a convenient way to narrow down to the specific class that you seek. You can filter the catalogue along these lines:

Categories – Choose from the nine categories mentioned above
Language – Find videos in English or Hindi
Level – choose from four levels: Beginners, Regular Practitioners, Senior Citizens, or Everyone (suited for all levels).
Duration – Choose from classes that can range from under 15 minutes to hour-long flows.


Regular Practitioners – What do you feel like today?

If you are a regular practitioner, you should be able to quickly find your way around and narrow down on what you seek – whether in Hatha, Vinyasa or Restorative Yoga. Helpful filters, as described above, will assist you in your search. And if you are looking for structured programs, please feel to browse the Collections tab–elaborated below. Lastly, if you want to get a live class experience, go to the large selection of videos offered under the Zoomshala tab and pick a Hatha, Vinyasa or Restorative video basis your focus areas and interests today.


Beginners – We will focus on solid foundations and structured programs

We will focus on getting your foundations right for those who are just starting with yoga, pranayama or meditation. You also might be a bit overwhelmed and confused with all the choices and categories available here. For this reason, you might want to start with one of our many beginner-friendly collections.

Hatha Foundations

A great week-long program to begin your Hatha journey–I have shared a daily yoga and pranayama video for you to practice.


Next Level Hatha

After completing Hatha Foundations, you can move on to this program, where you will continue to work on your Hatha practice.


Starting your Vinyasa Journey

A three-class program that will get you started on the Vinyasa practice.


Complete Yoga Week

A beginner-friendly practice with alternating Hatha and Vinyasa classes.

Start your pranayama journey with 21-days of guided practice – all you need is just 10 minutes a day.
